Terms of Service

GP32 Emulator

1. Purpose

Thank you for using “GP32 Lite, GP32 Pro (Android), and GP32 (iOS)” (collectively, the “Service”).
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities necessary for users of the Service to use the Service provided by Wonderple (the “Company”).

2. Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions

① These Terms and Conditions are posted on the service screen or announced by other means, and take effect for all of you who have agreed to them.

② The Company may amend these Terms and Conditions if necessary, to the extent that it does not violate applicable laws and regulations. If these Terms and Conditions are amended, the Company will, as a rule, announce the changes to you on the service screen or a website provided by the Company from 7 days before the effective date. However, if the changes are unfavorable to users, the Company will notify users from 30 days before the effective date through in-app notifications (push, pop-up, etc.) or other electronic means.

③ If, when giving the announcement or notice under the preceding paragraph, the Company clearly states that users will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions unless they express their refusal by 7 days after the effective date of the amended Terms and Conditions, counted from the date of the announcement or notice, and a user does not express their intention, the user will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms and Conditions. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms and Conditions may stop using the Service by deleting the app.

3. Provision of Various Services

① The Company may provide updated versions of the software required for the Service in order to provide a better service. Software updates may include the addition of important features or the removal of unnecessary features. Please keep the app updated so that you can use a better service.

② To provide a better service, the Company may display various information, including notices, management messages, and other advertisements related to the use of the Service, on the service screen. Advertising information is sent only to users who have agreed in advance to receive it.

4. Change and Termination of the Service

① The Company strives to provide the Service stably. However, the Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in any of the following cases:

  1. Regular or temporary inspections for the maintenance and repair of service facilities
  2. When normal use is disrupted due to power outages, failures of facilities, or a surge in usage
  3. When the Service cannot be maintained due to the Company’s circumstances, such as termination of contracts with affiliates, government orders or regulations, or changes to service policies
  4. Other force majeure events, such as natural disasters or national emergencies

② In the event of a service interruption under the preceding paragraph, the Company will notify or announce it to users in advance. In this case, additional procedures such as an app update may be required when using the Service, for smooth changes to the Service and policies. However, if the Service is interrupted for reasons that cannot be predicted or controlled (such as disk or server failures or system crashes not caused by the Company’s negligence), prior notice is not possible, and we ask for your understanding. Even in such cases, the Company will make every effort to restore the Service as soon as possible once it has identified the situation.

③ The Company may terminate the entire Service for business or technical reasons. In this case, the Company will announce it through the service screen or other means at least 30 days before the termination date. Features purchased for a fee are handled in accordance with the policies of each store and applicable laws.

In addition, the Company does not guarantee the reliability or accuracy of information, materials, or facts posted on the Service, including information provided by third parties, external data such as public data, and information written by users, and is not liable for damages to users that occur without the Company’s negligence.

② If a user suffers damages due to the Company’s negligence, the Company will compensate the user in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws. However, the Company is not liable for the following damages that occur without the Company’s negligence.
